Experience nature in Midden-Limburg
In Midden-Limburg beautiful nature is widely spread and very diverse. You can find lovely, small and compact areas between towns. And also quiet places and extended nature parks with a rich flora and fauna. All with one thing in common: they are perfect for relaxation.
We're particularly proud of our two national parks, the "Meinweg" and the "Groote Peel"; each has it's own specific ecological system.
In almost all nature reserves in Midden-Limburg, you can go on extended bike rides and walksand in many nature reserves you will find horse riding trails Besides that you can find visitor centers, in the larger nature reserves, where you can get more information about the nature reserve in question.
